It was amazing time in Arcotel Castellani! Rooms are modern and tastefully furnished. Hotel staff - friendly! Very clean))) The location is very suitable for tourists,10 min. by bus, or by train, but you can also walk there.

The staff is polite and professional. The bartender was very attentive to us and knew how to do his job. The room I stayed in was large, clean, quality bedding. I can say that I will come back.

Nice hotel in a great setting very close to the city with parking on site. The room I had was nice, AC, very small bathroom but okay, the rest of the room was nice and you are not staying in the (bath)room all day in Salzburg (hopefully!)

The room was clean and comfortable. Little touches like the coffee machine, chocolates on our pillows and shower essentials were a nice touch. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Toasting machine was very slow but they always are. The staff were very helpful and went beyond to cater for our children (5 and 9) There is a small but very good gym which was great and open early until late which was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice hotel! The room was modern and nicely furbished, very clean and we had a phantastic view. The hotel has a beautiful garden where we could have coffee and breakfast. The location is perfect and easy to find and public transport to the city centre is very close. Breakfast was delicious with everything you needed. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay and highly recommendable!

Very nice hotel with luxury rooms! We liked our room a lot! It was comfortable and clean. The view was very nice with the opposite mountain. The shower was very nice and their beds were maybe the best mattresses we slept on! We liked them so much we even took a photo of their models to search for them and buy them! Something else we liked was that we came two hours before our check-in time to leave our bags and because the room was ready they gave us the room two hours earlier! We also liked that they had a kettle with two mugs in the bedroom! 15 minutes walk to the center and near the bus stop!

Alexander was very helpful right from the beginning. We were traveling by car and needed secure parking. Castellani provided just that. Alexander e-mailed back and forth with us assisting us with all our questions. Upon arrival we had a lovely dinner, the Wiener Schnitzel was exquisite. Beware the kitchen closes at 21:00. The bed was comfy and the hotel surroundings very quiet.
